At the recent Philconstruct Manila 2025, Jibhaus Corporation successfully introduced the TecMig Welding Consumables line to the national market. Following a strong debut in Davao, our presence at the SMX Convention Center allowed Manila’s top structural engineers and contractors to experience the superior arc stability and slag release of our specialized electrodes.

- The Versatile Standards: E6011 & E6013
These are the workhorses of the Filipino welding industry, and our Manila introduction proved why TecMig is the new preferred choice for general fabrication.
E6011 (Deep Penetration): Engineered for superior performance on dirty, rusty, or painted metals. Ideal for maintenance and repair where deep penetration is non-negotiable.
E6013 (High-Quality Finishing): Designed for a smooth, stable arc with minimal spatter. Visitors at Philconstruct noted the exceptionally easy slag removal, making it perfect for light-gauge steel and ornamental ironwork.
- The “Super Arc” Series: Elevated Performance
For projects requiring higher efficiency and aesthetic precision, we introduced the Super Arc variants.
E6011 Super Arc: Features an optimized cellulose coating that provides an even more stable spray-type arc, significantly reducing the “sticking” often found in standard 6011 rods.
E6013 Super Arc: A premium upgrade for high-speed welding. It offers a beautiful bead appearance and “self-peeling” slag, reducing post-weld cleaning time for high-volume fabrication shops.
- The Specialty Solution: E7018 Low Fume
The standout innovation at our Manila booth was the E7018 Low Fume electrode.
Safety & Health: Specifically designed for confined space welding and indoor projects, this electrode reduces visible smoke and hazardous fumes without compromising the high-tensile strength of the 7018 class.
Structural Integrity: This moisture-resistant, low-hydrogen rod is the go-to for heavy-duty structural steel and pressure vessel applications where weld quality and operator safety are top priorities.
